Kerby’s Nursery Pumpkin Patch
Dates and times: Through the month of October, during normal business hours.

Visit a cute local nursery for your pumpkins this year at Kerby’s Nursery. They put on several local events throughout the year that are worth visiting as well. After you’ve picked out your pumpkins make sure you visit the pumpkin wall and the butterfly mural for a picture or two. They are also hosting a costume day on Oct. 29th 2021 for all the kids and parents that wish to dress up.
Trunk-or-Treat by Pasco Safety Town
Dates and times: Oct 29th 2023 from 3pm – 6pm.

Visit Pasco Safety town for a fun trunk or treat event perfect for a night of fun. Along with trick or treating you can walk through safety town visiting the vendors that supported the event.
Pumpkin Patch at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay
Dates and times: Oct 28th 2023 11am – 2pm.

Visit the Humane Society of Tampa Bay’s annual pumpkin patch and all proceeds will go to help the homeless animals they care for. There are always hundreds of pumpkins to choose from with prices from $1 to $20.
Riverwalk Trick or Treat and Halloween Lighted Boat Parade
Dates and times: Oct 28th 2023 from 4-7pm.

Head out to downtown Tampa to the 2 mile stretch along the riverwalk with many stations to trick or treat from. Local businesses will have booths set up where kids can grab a treat right by the Hillsbourough river. And don’t forget to enter the costume contest. Right afterwards stick around to watch the lighted boat parade on the river where dozens of boats will be decked out in halloween splendor.
Hyde Park Village Pumpkin Patch
Dates and times: Oct 1-31st 2023.

There is actually a second pumpkin patch location put on by the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. The pumpkin patch at Hyde Park is put on by the HSTB and just like their first location all proceeds help the homeless animals they care for. This spot is a great photo opportunity and a great way to support a good cause.
The Heights Fall Festival at Armature Works
Dates and times: Oct 14th & 15th 2023 from 12am – 5pm.

Head over to Tampa’s favorite food hall for a pumpkin patch with the best views around. The pumpkin patch is set up on the lawn of Armature Works along with games for the whole family, live music, and vendors. There is a food drive to help Metropolitan Ministries so if you can make sure you bring along a couple non-perishable food items to donate. 5 or more items donated gets you a free beer from 81Bay too.
On October 31st they are also doing a free trick or treating event for kids this year.
Pumpkin Patch at the St. Pete Pier
Dates and times: October 7-15th 2023 from 11am to 6pm.

Visit the new St. Pete Pier to visit the pumpkin patch under the Bending Arc net structure. This one of a kind location really makes this pumpkin patch special. There is also a photo booth, several photo ops and fall treats available.
Fruitville Grove Pumpkin Fest
Dates and times: Every weekend in October on Saturday and Sunday from 10am – 5pm.

Enjoy all the classic festival activities like a petting zoo, photo ops, costume contest, food trucks, hay rides and more. Don’t forget to check out the Torres Family Circus which promises exciting entertainment. And, of course, there are pumpkins for sale that you can take home.
Pumpkin Patch at Waterset

Purchase your pumpkins at the Pumpkin Patch at Waterset where the pumpkins and pumpkin decorating are by donation. All proceeds go to Feeding Tampa Bay so your money goes towards a good cause. Plus you can’t forget about the photo stations, costume contest, pumpkin decorating and music.
Watermelon Swims Pumpkin Patch and Fall Festival
Dates and times: Pumpkin Patch during the Month of October starting Oct. 6th 2023. Free Fall Festival on October 21st 2023 from 4pm – 7pm.

Anytime this October stop by one of Watermelon Swim’s four locations to shop for your pumpkins at their pumpkin patch. Plus join them for their free fall festival at the Lutz or South Tampa locations with trunk or treating, not spooky fun, a costume parade, and loads of fall games. This event is sure to be an absolute blast that the kids won’t want to miss!
Bearss Groves Pumpkin Patch
Dates and times: Month of October on Wednesday – Sunday from 9am till 7pm.

Visit Bearss Groves produce stand during the month of October to see it transformed into a pumpkin paradise. This long time local produce stand in Tampa puts on a large pumpkin patch for the local community.

Tarpon Springs Trunk-or-Treat Drive Thru – Boo
Dates and times: Saturday, Oct 21nd 2023 from 10am – 1pm.

The kids will love an extra opportunity to more candy at this fun trunk or treat put on by the Tarpon Springs Recreation Division. There will also be games, bounce houses, food, and a costume contest. Join in for a fun Saturday night.
Trick-or-Treat Trail at Largo Central Park
Dates and times: Friday Oct 27th 2023 at 5:30pm.

This trick or treating event is open to kids ages 1-12. Bring your kids in costume to trick or treat along the trick or treat trail at Largo City hall. The event is free and open to the first 1,500 kids but come early because then event reaches capacity and no one else can come in.
Jillybeans Halloween Trunk-or-Treat

This local ice cream shop puts on a free trunk or treat event for their community. In the shops parking lot local businesses and even nearby families decorate trucks where kids can trunk or treat from. Jillybeans offers free toddler ice cream cones for all kids in costume. There is also music, crafts, games and fun. It may be small but it is such a wonderful enet to enjoy.
Gallagher’s Pumpkins and Christmas Trees

Get ready to pick your pumpkins up in style. Gallagher’s sets up THE CUTEST station every year where you can pick out your pumpkins for the halloween season. Not only do they have a large selection of pumpkins but there are photo ops galore. I am talking about an entire crate wall filled with pumpkins plus other fun stations scattered throughout the pumpkin stand. There is also an animal pen where you can pet goats plus a stand with local food for sale. All locally owned by the cutest family, this is a must.
Brooksville Pumpkin Patch
Dates and times: Sept 30th – Oct 29th 2023 from Fri 5 – 9pm, Sat 9am – 4pm and Sun 11pm – 4pm.

In 2022 this small town pumpkin patch will be celebrating its 20th year in operation. It is small and definitely in a small town outside of Tampa but very cute. It is nicely decorated with cute photo stations. There is a large variety of pumpkins available to pick from so everyone can find what they’re looking for. My son’s favorite was the small animal pens with bunnies, pigs, goats and even a calf for the kids to look at. Don’t forget to snag a ride on a tractor-pulled hay ride around the block. And of course there are vendors to shop from and food trucks so bring an appetite.
Field of Screams in Seminole

This not so spooky, kids friendly event in Seminole has it all. From trick or treating, a costume contest, carved pumpkin contest, photo zones, and even a bounce house for extra fee. Enjoy this affordable fall family event in Tampa this Halloween season.
Strawberry Passion Organics Farm Trunk-or-Treat

This organic strawberry farm offers u-pick strawberries during the spring but in the fall this fun trunk-or-treat is why people visit. Don’t forget to stop by the petting zoo, bounce house, and barrel train too while you are there. Suppport the farm while you are there by purchasing some produce or delicious treats from their food shack.
Halloween on Central in St Pete

Watch at the city of St Pete shuts down Central Ave for a car free halloween party that spans 22 blocks. With Central Ave blocked off to cars pedestrians can walk through the streets freely enjoying the ultimate halloween block party. Pumpkin Fest at Florida Botanical Gardens
