How to Peel Peaches
Boil the peaches for about 20 seconds then immediatly stick them in ice water. This will losen the skin so that you can easily peel them. If the skin still isn’t lose then repeat the process once more. Then simply use a paring knife to start the peeling process. On some peaches the skin can simply be peeled off with your hands. However, on others the skin may stick a little, just use the knife until you’ve gotten all of the skin off. Now they are ready to be put in the peach cobbler.
