These no bake cookies take me right back to childhood. We called them tiger cookies for some reason so that is what I know them as. I love snacking on them and the oats make me feel good about eating them. Make no mistake, they aren’t healthy by any means. But make a batch to two and just let yourself enjoy them.

Since Robin isn’t eating sweets currently I only made a half batch to take pictures for this post. That way I save myself the calories.
Baking Tip: My Milk had gone bad so I replaced the milk with equal parts of watered down sour cream. And it turned out great!

Ingredients

- 2 C Sugar
- 4 Tbs Baking Cocoa
- 1/2 C Butter
- 1/2 C Milk
- 3 C Oats
- 1/2 C Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla

No Bake Cookie Instructions
Time needed: 20 minutes
- Boil the Sauce
In a medium size sauce pan mix together the sugar, baking cocoa, butter and milk. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 1 minute.
- Add the Other Ingredients
Remove the pan from heat and add in the remaining ingredients. Then mix until everything is spread evenly.
- Form Cookies
Now take spoonfuls of the mix and place them on parchment paper. Let them harden for about one hour. Enjoy!
