This one-pan meal has changed my life for the better in a big way. I almost always have the ingredients on hand, it is absolutely delicious, and only takes as long to cook as it takes to get a pot of rice done.
Not to mention, one-pan meals are convenient AND it contains veggies. Although it is really heathy no matter how you look at it. All fresh ingredients, no sugar just a little bit of honey. My husband requests this meal at least once a week and I’m pretty sure he’d be happy eating this and our gumbo for the rest of his life.
